Industrial Automation
Custom wire harnesses and cable assemblies for factory and process automation — M12 / M8 sensor-actuator cordsets, continuous-flex drag-chain harnesses, industrial Ethernet and fieldbus cabling, and servo motor power and feedback. Engineered and 100% electrically tested in Taiwan since 1998.
What We Build For Industrial Automation
The factory floor punishes cable. Vibration, oil, abrasion, and millions of flex cycles in a cable carrier. For twenty-eight years we've built sealed cordsets and continuous-flex harnesses for machine builders, robot integrators, and automation OEMs that keep running shift after shift.
Our automation practice spans M12 / M8 sensor-actuator cordsets, continuous-flex drag-chain harnesses, industrial Ethernet and fieldbus cabling, servo motor power and feedback, encoder cables, and I/O and control-panel harnesses — power, signal, and data on one bill of materials.
The same line in Taiwan wires all of it — from a feasibility sample to high-mix production volumes. Send a sketch, a BOM, or a competitor sample, and we return a design-for-manufacture review in three business days.

3 Product Families Do Most Of The Industrial Automation Work.
M12 / M8 cordset
Overmolded sensor and actuator cordsets, straight or angled, A/B/D/X-coded. Sealed to IP67 / IP68.
Continuous-flex harness
Drag-chain and cable-carrier harnesses with PUR jackets, rated for 5M+ bend cycles in motion applications.
Servo & feedback cable
Shielded servo motor power and encoder / feedback cables, drag-chain rated and EMC-screened.

Frequently asked questions
What flex life can you build to for drag-chain use?
We build continuous-flex harnesses with fine-strand conductors and PUR jackets rated for 5 million or more bend cycles, with flex validation testing on request. Bend radius and travel are matched to your cable carrier.
What IP rating and connectors do you offer?
Overmolded M12 and M8 cordsets sealed to IP67 / IP68 in A, B, D and X coding, plus M23 circular, RJ45 and ferrule terminations. Straight or angled, in any length.
Do you build industrial Ethernet and fieldbus cabling?
Yes. EtherCAT, PROFINET and EtherNet/IP assemblies to 1 GbE with M12 X / D-coded or RJ45 terminations, wiremap- and insertion-loss tested.
Which connector systems do you terminate?
We hold dies and termination specs for TE Connectivity, Phoenix Contact, Molex, and JAE — including M12 / M8 / M23 circular, RJ45, and DIN-rail terminal systems. For proprietary parts, send three free samples and we'll cut dies in week one.
How fast will I hear back on an RFQ?
Our engineering team replies to quote requests within one business day, including feasibility, a tooling/NRE estimate where relevant, and a sample lead time. Send a drawing, BOM, or a description of the application to start.
