Robotics & Motion
Custom wire harnesses and cable assemblies for robotics and motion systems — robot-arm internal harnesses, dynamic and torsional flex looms, servo motor power and feedback, teach-pendant cables, end-effector (EOAT) harnesses, and AGV / AMR wiring. Built for millions of flex cycles and 100% electrically tested in Taiwan since 1998.
What We Build For Robotics & Motion
A robot harness moves for a living. Bend, twist, and accelerate millions of times before anything else on the machine wears out. For twenty-eight years we've built arm-internal looms, dress packs, and dynamic-flex cables for robot builders, cobot makers, and AGV / AMR integrators.
Our robotics practice spans robot-arm internal harnesses, dynamic and torsional flex looms, servo motor power and encoder feedback, teach-pendant and HMI cables, end-effector (EOAT) harnesses, AGV / AMR wiring, and robot vision and sensor cables — power, signal, and data on one bill of materials.
The same line in Taiwan wires all of it — from a feasibility sample to production-cell volumes. Send a sketch, a BOM, or a competitor sample, and we return a design-for-manufacture review in three business days.

Frequently asked questions
What flex and torsion life can you build to?
We build dynamic-flex harnesses with fine-strand conductors and PUR jackets rated for 10 million or more bend cycles, with torsional flex to ±180°/m, and flex / torsion validation on request. Bend radius and travel are matched to your robot's motion envelope.
Can you build servo power and encoder feedback cables?
Yes. Shielded servo motor power with encoder / resolver feedback in M23 circular and other connector systems, EMC-screened and hi-pot tested.
What's the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
50 pieces for a typical automotive assembly. Prototype runs of 1–10 units are billed at sample rate and ship in the first week, so you can validate fit before tooling for volume.
Do you build robot dress packs and arm-internal looms?
Yes. Joint-to-joint internal harnesses and external dress packs combining power, feedback, sensor and pneumatic-electrical routing, built to your arm geometry and quick-change ready.
How fast will I hear back on an RFQ?
Our engineering team replies to quote requests within one business day, including feasibility, a tooling/NRE estimate where relevant, and a sample lead time. Send a drawing, BOM, or a description of the application to start.
