Automotive Electronics
Custom wire harnesses and cable assemblies for automotive and mobility electronics — infotainment and display, telematics and antenna, body and comfort modules, lighting, and sensor and charging-accessory wiring. Built to PPAP with 100% electrical test in Taiwan since 1998.
What We Build For Automotive
Every module needs an interconnect. For twenty-eight years we've built harnesses and cable assemblies for automotive electronics OEMs, Tier-1s, and the aftermarket — infotainment, body, telematics, and lighting that survive the cabin and under-hood environment.
Our automotive practice covers infotainment and display, telematics and antenna, body and comfort electronics, interior and accessory lighting, convenience sensor and camera wiring, and charging-accessory harnesses — copper, coax, and flex on one bill of materials.
We build to PPAP with 100% electrical test, full lot traceability, and ISO 9001:2015 and IPC/WHMA-A-620 workmanship. Send a sketch, a BOM, or a sample, and we return a design-for-manufacture review in three business days.

3 Product Families Do Most Of The Data Center Work.
Infotainment & display harness
LVDS, coax and USB harnesses for head units, displays and cameras. FAKRA, Molex or JAE, routed for the cabin.
Body & comfort harness
Seat, mirror, window and HVAC module harnesses. LIN / CAN, sealed and strain-relieved for cabin and door.
Automotive Ethernet harness
100 / 1000 BASE-T1 single- and multi-pair Ethernet harnesses for zonal architectures and infotainment data.
Sketch To Shipment On One Floor
The same engineering team carries your part from the bench through PPAP and into production. No handoffs to another factory.
Drawing review
Send a sketch, BOM, competitor sample, or pinout. Engineering replies within one business day with first-pass feasibility.
DFM feedback
Terminal, seal, jacket and connector alternates, with temperature and fluid requirements confirmed. Tooling and NRE quote included, marked on your drawing.
Sample build
Single-unit or small-batch on the production line, 100% electrical-tested before shipment. Test data and photos sent before pickup.
PPAP / First Article
Dimensional, electrical and materials reports included, with IMDS material reporting on request. Customer drawing markup approval before production release.

Frequently asked questions
What temperature class do you build to?
Standard −40 / +125 °C automotive harnesses with XLPE / TPE jackets and TXL / GXL / FLRY wire. Oil- and fuel-resistant jackets and FMVSS 302 flammability options are available per your drawing.
What's the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
50 pieces for a typical automotive assembly. Prototype runs of 1–10 units are billed at sample rate and ship in the first week, so you can validate fit before tooling for volume.
Which connector systems do you terminate?
We hold dies and termination specs for TE Connectivity (MQS / MCON), Molex, JAE, Deutsch (DT / DTM), and JST, plus FAKRA automotive coax. For proprietary parts, send three free samples and we'll cut dies in week one.
How fast will I hear back on an RFQ?
Our engineering team replies to quote requests within one business day, including feasibility, a tooling/NRE estimate where relevant, and a sample lead time. Send a drawing, BOM, or a description of the application to start.
