Defense & Tactical
Custom wire harnesses and cable assemblies for defense and tactical systems — ruggedized circular harnesses, ISR and sensor-pod looms, ground-vehicle and UAV interconnect, and low-loss RF feedlines. Engineered, sealed, and 100% electrically tested in Taiwan since 1998.
What We Build For Defense & Tactical
Fielded equipment fails at the interconnect first. For twenty-eight years we've built ruggedized harnesses and cable assemblies for defense and tactical programs — sealed circular looms, sensor-pod harnesses, and RF feedlines that hold up through vibration, temperature, and the field.
Our defense practice covers tactical comms and crypto interconnect, ISR and sensor-pod harnesses, ground-vehicle CAN and power, tactical UAV and counter-UAS payload wiring, ruggedized power distribution, and shielded data and databus harnesses — power, signal, and data on one bill of materials.
We build to IPC/WHMA-A-620 workmanship with 100% electrical test and full lot traceability under ISO 9001:2015. Send a drawing, a BOM, or a sample, and we return a design-for-manufacture review in three business days.

Frequently asked questions
Can you build ruggedized harnesses for defense programs?
Yes. We build sealed 38999-series circular harnesses with M22759 wire, heat-shrink backshells, and 360° shield termination, rated to IP67. Every assembly is built to IPC/WHMA-A-620 workmanship, 100% electrically tested, with full lot traceability.
Do you build to MIL-STD environmental requirements?
We build to your drawing and arrange MIL-STD-810 vibration, shock, and environmental qualification through our test partners on request. Standard builds are rated −55 / +125 °C with sealed terminations.
What's the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
50 pieces for a typical ruggedized assembly. Prototype runs of 1–10 units are billed at sample rate and ship in the first week, so you can validate fit and sealing before a production lot.
Which connector systems do you terminate?
We hold dies and termination specs for Amphenol, TE Connectivity, and Deutsch — including 38999-series circular and DT/DTM sealed connectors — plus N, SMA, and TNC RF interfaces. For proprietary parts, send three free samples and we'll cut dies in week one.
How fast will I hear back on an RFQ?
Our engineering team replies to quote requests within one business day, including feasibility, a tooling/NRE estimate where relevant, and a sample lead time. Send a drawing, BOM, or a description of the application to start.
