Lighting & LED
Custom wire harnesses and cable assemblies for the lighting industry — LED module and strip harnesses, luminaire internal wiring, driver and Class 2 power harnesses, horticultural and outdoor IP-rated assemblies, and DMX / DALI control wiring. Engineered and 100% electrically tested in Taiwan since 1998.
What We Build For Lighting
A luminaire is only as reliable as its weakest connection. For twenty-eight years we've built LED harnesses, driver looms, and sealed outdoor assemblies for fixture makers, horticultural growers, and architectural and entertainment lighting OEMs.
Our lighting practice spans LED module and strip harnesses, luminaire internal wiring, LED driver and Class 2 power looms, horticultural high-power assemblies, outdoor and landscape IP-rated cordsets, and DMX / DALI / 0–10 V control wiring — power, signal, and control on one bill of materials.
The same line in Taiwan wires all of it — from a feasibility sample to high-volume fixture runs. Send a sketch, a BOM, or a competitor sample, and we return a design-for-manufacture review in three business days.

Frequently asked questions
Can you build with UL-recognized wire?
Yes. We build with UL-recognized AWM wire and components on request, and provide material certificates with the shipment. Class 2 low-voltage and mains-rated builds are both supported per your drawing.
Do you build sealed outdoor / IP-rated lighting harnesses?
Yes. Sealed IP67 / IP68 cordsets with UV-stable jackets for street, landscape, façade and horticultural lighting. Each is seal- and continuity-tested.
What temperature rating can you build to?
Standard 105 °C, with 125 °C and 150 °C silicone and PTFE options for high-output and horticultural fixtures. Flammability options include UL 94 V-0 and VW-1 jackets.
Which connector systems do you terminate?
We hold dies and termination specs for JST, Molex, TE Connectivity, and Phoenix Contact, plus IP67 circular and DMX (XLR) interfaces. For proprietary parts, send three free samples and we'll cut dies in week one.
How fast will I hear back on an RFQ?
Our engineering team replies to quote requests within one business day, including feasibility, a tooling/NRE estimate where relevant, and a sample lead time. Send a drawing, BOM, or a description of the application to start.
