Molex Picoflex 4-Pin 1.27mm Pitch 90327 Series Dual-End - Flat Ribbon Cable Assembly
- Dual-end flat ribbon cable assembly terminated with a Molex Picoflex 90327-series IDT receptacle on each end, 4 circuits in a single-row configuration on a 1.27 mm (.050 in) pitch, built on standard 1.27 mm pitch flat ribbon cable.
- Terminated on 1.27 mm pitch flat ribbon cable, 28 AWG, 7-strand stranded copper, with a Picoflex 90327-series operating temperature range of -40 °C to +105 °C across the receptacle housing, contact system, and IDT termination.
- Rated 1.0 A per contact and 250 V AC working voltage per the Molex Picoflex product specification, with 500 V AC dielectric withstanding voltage (1 minute), 15 mΩ maximum contact resistance, and 1000 MΩ minimum insulation resistance. Housing is 30% glass-filled PBT, white, UL 94 V-0 flammability rated. Contacts are phosphor bronze with tin plating over nickel as the standard finish.
- Custom overall length, alternative pin count within the 90327 family (4, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 20, 26 circuits), alternative contact plating (tin standard / palladium-nickel + gold flash / gold for higher cycle counts), matched mating PCB header (Molex 90325 through-hole vertical, 90814 SMT, 90779 high-temperature TH, 91330 low-profile bottom-entry SMT, or 90584 board-in IDT), and shrink-boot or strain-relief termination available on request — submit a quote request for non-stock Picoflex configurations or for matched header-plus-cable kits.

Can't find what you need?
We specialize in custom sourcing and manufacturing. Upload your spec sheet or drawing, and our engineering team will provide a quote within 24 hours.
What information do you need to provide a quote for a custom wire harness?
To provide an accurate quote and lead time, please provide:
- Technical Drawing or Diagram: Showing pinouts, lengths, and tolerances.
- Bill of Materials (BOM): Listing specific connectors (MPN) and wire gauges (AWG).
- Estimated Annual Usage (EAU): Helping us optimize pricing for your volume. Note: If you do not have a formal drawing, our engineering team can help create one based on your physical sample.
Can you suggest cost-saving alternatives for expensive connectors (e.g., TE, Molex, JST)?
Yes. We offer variety of alternative components.
We have extensive supply chain relationships in Taiwan and can suggest"Functionally Equivalent"alternatives that are fully compatible with major brands like TE, Molex, or JST but at a significantly lower cost. We will provide datasheets and samples of the alternative components for your approval before production.
How do you ensure quality control for custom cable assemblies?
Every single cable assembly undergoes rigorous testing before leaving our Taiwan facility. Our standard QC process includes:
- 100% Continuity Testing: Ensuring no opens, shorts, or miswires.
- Pull Force Testing: Verifying crimp strength.
- Visual Inspection: Checking for cosmetic defects and label accuracy.
- Hi-Pot Testing: Available upon request for high-voltage applications to ensure insulation integrity.
