Amass MR60 3-Pin Connector to Open-End Tinned and Stripped - Custom Cable Assembly
- Single-ended pigtail cable terminated with an Amass MR60 3-pin connector on one end and three tinned, stripped open leads on the other, configured for 3-phase brushless motor wiring between an ESC and a motor, or as a drop-in harness-side pigtail for custom termination (solder, crimp lug, or screw terminal).
- Available in 12, 14, and 16 AWG with high-strand silicone insulation (−65 °C to +200 °C), in stock lengths of 6, 12, 18, 24, and 36 inches, with 8–10 mm tinned strip lengths, phase-standard yellow/green/blue or all-black color coding, and MR60 male or female connector selection.
- Amass MR60 connector rated 60 A continuous and up to 150 A peak at 500 V DC per Amass M-series specification, with gold-plated copper contacts, self-locking bullet mating, and an operating range of −20 °C to +120 °C — suitable for the repeated thermal cycling seen on brushless motor phase leads.
- Used as motor-to-ESC phase wiring on FPV drones, eVTOL and heavy-lift UAV, 3D-printing extruder platforms, electric skateboards and scooters, gimbal motors, and bench-test fixtures where one end plugs into a field-swappable MR60 interface and the other terminates directly to a motor lug, solder pad, or terminal block.
- Custom wire gauge (10–18 AWG), overall length, silicone or PVC insulation, tinned or un-tinned stripped ends, stripped-lead length, ferrule or ring-lug termination, and connector gender (male / female) available on request — submit a quote request for non-stock builds.

Can't find what you need?
We specialize in custom sourcing and manufacturing. Upload your spec sheet or drawing, and our engineering team will provide a quote within 24 hours.
What information do you need to provide a quote for a custom wire harness?
To provide an accurate quote and lead time, please provide:
- Technical Drawing or Diagram: Showing pinouts, lengths, and tolerances.
- Bill of Materials (BOM): Listing specific connectors (MPN) and wire gauges (AWG).
- Estimated Annual Usage (EAU): Helping us optimize pricing for your volume. Note: If you do not have a formal drawing, our engineering team can help create one based on your physical sample.
Can you suggest cost-saving alternatives for expensive connectors (e.g., TE, Molex, JST)?
Yes. We offer variety of alternative components.
We have extensive supply chain relationships in Taiwan and can suggest"Functionally Equivalent"alternatives that are fully compatible with major brands like TE, Molex, or JST but at a significantly lower cost. We will provide datasheets and samples of the alternative components for your approval before production.
How do you ensure quality control for custom cable assemblies?
Every single cable assembly undergoes rigorous testing before leaving our Taiwan facility. Our standard QC process includes:
- 100% Continuity Testing: Ensuring no opens, shorts, or miswires.
- Pull Force Testing: Verifying crimp strength.
- Visual Inspection: Checking for cosmetic defects and label accuracy.
- Hi-Pot Testing: Available upon request for high-voltage applications to ensure insulation integrity.
