Energy systems live and die on the high-current connection. For twenty-eight years we've built battery, solar, and power-conversion harnesses for energy-storage integrators, PV and inverter OEMs, and EV-charging makers — assemblies that carry serious current without losing a millivolt where it matters.

Our power and energy practice spans battery and energy-storage (BESS) module harnesses, solar / PV string wiring, EV-charging and EVSE harnesses, inverter and power-conversion looms, BMS sense and balance leads, and high-current busbar interconnect — high-voltage power and low-voltage sense on one bill of materials.

Frequently asked questions

Can you build high-voltage battery and BESS harnesses?

Yes. We build module-to-module power links and pack interconnect rated to 1500 V DC, with orange HV-identification jackets, calibrated-torque lug terminations, and hi-pot testing on every assembly. BMS voltage-sense and balance leads are built on the same bill of materials.

Do you build solar / PV string harnesses?

Yes. PV string and combiner wiring with MC4-compatible terminations, UV-stable jackets, and 1500 V DC rating, hi-pot tested for insulation integrity.

Can you make high-current busbar and lug assemblies?

Yes. Laminated and flexible busbar, plus lug and stud interconnect to 250 A, with crimp pull-test and calibrated-torque records for traceability.

Which connector systems do you terminate?

We hold dies and termination specs for Amphenol (including SurLok HV), TE Connectivity, Molex, Phoenix Contact, and JST, plus MC4-compatible PV and lug / busbar terminations. For proprietary parts, send three free samples and we'll cut dies in week one.

How fast will I hear back on an RFQ?
