Aerospace Interconnect
Custom wire harnesses and cable assemblies for aerospace programs — cabin and in-flight entertainment, ground support equipment, avionics integration and test, unmanned and eVTOL platforms, and sealed power and databus interconnect. Engineered, sealed, and 100% electrically tested in Taiwan since 1998.
What We Build For Aerospace
Aerospace programs run on documentation and repeatability. For twenty-eight years we've built sealed harnesses and cable assemblies for cabin, ground-support, test, and unmanned programs — built to the customer's controlled drawing and documented for audit.
Our aerospace practice covers cabin and in-flight-entertainment wiring, ground support equipment, avionics integration and test harnesses, unmanned and eVTOL interconnect, instrumentation and data acquisition, and sealed power and databus looms — power, signal, and data on one bill of materials.
We build to IPC/WHMA-A-620 workmanship with 100% electrical test and full lot and serialized traceability under ISO 9001:2015. Send a drawing, a BOM, or a sample, and we return a design-for-manufacture review in three business days.

Frequently asked questions
Can you build harnesses for aerospace programs?
Yes. We build sealed 38999-series circular harnesses with M22759 wire, heat-shrink backshells, and 360° shield termination for cabin, ground-support, test, and unmanned platforms. Every assembly is built to IPC/WHMA-A-620 workmanship, 100% electrically tested, with serialized traceability.
Do you build to flammability and environmental requirements?
Yes. We offer FAR 25.853 flammability jacket materials, and coordinate MIL-STD-810 and DO-160 vibration, shock, and environmental qualification through our test partners on request. Standard builds are rated −55 / +125 °C with sealed terminations.
Which connector systems do you terminate?
We hold dies and termination specs for Amphenol, TE Connectivity, and Deutsch — including 38999-series circular, D-sub, and DT/DTM sealed connectors — and terminate M22759 and ETFE aerospace wire. For proprietary parts, send three free samples and we'll cut dies in week one.
How fast will I hear back on an RFQ?
Our engineering team replies to quote requests within one business day, including feasibility, a tooling/NRE estimate where relevant, and a sample lead time. Send a drawing, BOM, or a description of the application to start.
