What We Build For Medical Cable & Wire Harness

Medical equipment makers come to us for the wiring inside the device — not the patient-contact parts. For twenty-eight years we've built internal harnesses and cable assemblies for diagnostic, imaging, and lab equipment, built to the OEM's controlled drawing and documented for audit.

Our medical practice covers internal device interconnect: power and signal harnesses for imaging and diagnostic systems, monitor and instrument internal wiring, lab and analytical equipment, and equipment carts and power distribution. We do not build patient-contact, implantable, or life-support components.

we supply to your drawing and specifications, and your device quality system governs the finished product. Send a sketch, a BOM, or a competitor sample, and we return a design-for-manufacture review in three business days.

Frequently asked questions

What's the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

50 pieces for a typical internal harness. Prototype runs of 1–10 units are billed at sample rate and ship in the first week, so you can validate fit before a production lot.

Which connector systems do you terminate?

We hold dies and termination specs for TE Connectivity, Molex, Amphenol, JST, Hirose, JAE, and Phoenix Contact, plus flat-ribbon / FFC and standard RF interfaces. For proprietary parts, send three free samples and we'll cut dies in week one.

How fast will I hear back on an RFQ?

Our engineering team replies to quote requests within one business day, including feasibility, a tooling/NRE estimate where relevant, and a sample lead time. Send a drawing, BOM, or a description of the application to start.
